VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP TRAINING CONFERENCE

by GADADMIN 28. January 2010 12:25

Presented by the Ontario Hospital Association

Be part of this event and learn more about leadership in the volunteer sector! What makes a good leader? How do you identify and develop the next leader? What are some skills and qualities that a leader must have?

At this year’s conference, delegates will participate in an interactive learning exercise which will provide participants with the opportunity to engage in dialogue and share their knowledge and experience on issues that volunteer leaders face day-to-day. After the conference, participants will receive the summary of the findings of this exercise, which should be a valuable resource and have a positive impact on their job performance.
